Returns and Refunds

At Tangle & Bloom, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

  • You may return the item(s) you ordered for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your item(s) must be returned in its (their) original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancelling your order.

​​

  • You are responsible for the cost of return and the return is at your own risk.

​​

  • ​​​Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

  • Returns of personalised or custom made items, including but not limited to the products in the Bespoke section of our Website, may not be accepted unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to let us know.

  • You will be asked to provide photos to show evidence of the fault or damage.

​​

  • Once we confirm the fault or damage, you may choose a full refund or a replacement item.

​​

  • We may ask you to return the faulty item or dispose of it responsibly. If a return is needed, we will cover the shipping costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
